Vendor Store Standards Policy

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace
Website: https://pccautoparts.com/

Effective Date: March 14, 2026

This Vendor Store Standards Policy applies to all vendors, sellers, merchants, and store operators using PCC Auto Parts Marketplace (“Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://pccautoparts.com/.

By registering as a vendor, opening a store, listing products, or selling through the marketplace, you agree to comply with this Vendor Store Standards Policy.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to maintain a professional, lawful, reliable, and customer-ready marketplace. Vendors are expected to operate their stores in a manner that protects customers, supports marketplace quality, and reduces operational, legal, and reputational risk.

2. Independent Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor is solely responsible for the operation of its store and for all content, products, transactions, communications, shipping, returns, customer service, warranties, taxes, legal compliance, and business conduct connected to that store.

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace provides the platform only and does not assume responsibility for vendor business operations.

3. Professional Store Information

Vendors must maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date store information, including where applicable:

  • store name,
  • contact information,
  • support email,
  • business details,
  • shipping origin details,
  • return handling information,
  • any legally required business disclosures.

Vendors may not use false, misleading, deceptive, impersonating, or infringing store names or business details.

4. Accurate and Professional Listings

All vendor listings must be clear, accurate, complete, and professionally presented. Vendors must ensure that product listings include, where applicable:

  • correct product title,
  • accurate description,
  • accurate price,
  • current stock status,
  • clear product images,
  • correct fitment or compatibility details where relevant,
  • condition disclosure,
  • shipping terms,
  • return limitations,
  • warranty information if offered.

Listings must not contain false, misleading, exaggerated, copied, manipulated, or deceptive information.

5. Product Image Standards

Vendors must use product images that are lawful, accurate, and relevant to the item being sold. Images must not:

  • misrepresent the product,
  • include misleading branding,
  • use copyrighted content without rights,
  • include offensive or unlawful content,
  • include watermarks or promotional overlays that create confusion,
  • show products not included in the sale in a misleading way.

Marketplace may require vendors to replace or remove low-quality or misleading images.

6. Product Description Standards

Product descriptions must be readable, relevant, and specific to the listed item. Vendors must not:

  • copy other sellers’ content without authorization,
  • make unsupported claims,
  • misrepresent compatibility,
  • hide important limitations,
  • use misleading keyword stuffing,
  • include prohibited contact solicitation designed to bypass the marketplace.

7. Pricing Standards

Vendors must provide honest and accurate pricing. Prices must not be deceptive, manipulated, or designed to mislead customers.

Vendors must not:

  • post fake sale prices,
  • use misleading bait pricing,
  • hide mandatory charges,
  • create duplicate listings with confusing pricing,
  • misrepresent shipping costs as product prices or vice versa.

8. Inventory and Availability Standards

Vendors must maintain reasonably accurate stock and availability information. Vendors should not list products as available if they are out of stock, discontinued, unavailable, or not reasonably capable of fulfillment.

Repeated overselling, cancellation for lack of stock, or delayed fulfillment may result in corrective action.

9. Order Fulfillment Standards

Vendors must process, fulfill, and ship orders within the time promised in their listings or store terms.

Vendors must:

  • package items properly,
  • ship to the correct address,
  • provide accurate shipment handling,

Failure to fulfill orders properly may result in account review, penalties, suspension, or removal.

10. Customer Service Standards

Vendors must provide reasonable and professional customer service. Vendors are expected to respond to customer inquiries, order issues, shipping concerns, return requests, and product-related questions within a reasonable time.

Vendors must communicate respectfully and professionally at all times.

Abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unresponsive conduct is prohibited.

11. Shipping and Return Standards

Vendors must clearly disclose their shipping practices, delivery limitations, return conditions, refund terms, and any applicable restocking or handling rules.

Vendors remain solely responsible for:

  • shipping performance,
