This Vendor Account Suspension / Termination Policy applies to all vendors, sellers, merchants, store operators, and marketplace participants using PCC Auto Parts Marketplace (“Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://pccautoparts.com/.
By registering as a vendor, opening a store, listing products, accepting orders, or otherwise using the marketplace as a seller, you agree to this Vendor Account Suspension / Termination Policy.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to protect the marketplace, customers, vendors, and the public by allowing PCC Auto Parts Marketplace to review, restrict, suspend, or terminate vendor access where necessary for legal, operational, reputational, safety, or policy reasons.
2. Marketplace Discretion
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to:
- review vendor conduct,
- restrict account features,
- pause vendor activity,
- remove listings,
- suspend vendor accounts,
- terminate vendor accounts,
- deny new vendor applications,
- block re-registration attempts,
- withhold or delay payouts where permitted,
- take any related enforcement action considered necessary.
Such action may be taken with or without prior notice where immediate action is considered necessary.
3. Grounds for Suspension or Termination
A vendor account may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for reasons including, without limitation:
- breach of marketplace policies,
- breach of the Vendor Agreement,
- inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive listings,
- sale of prohibited or restricted products,
- counterfeit or infringing products,
- intellectual property complaints,
- repeated customer complaints,
- poor fulfillment performance,
- excessive cancellations,
- delayed shipping,
- lost or damaged order issues,
- repeated refund or return disputes,
- warranty-related disputes,
- fraud concerns,
- suspicious transactions,
- identity verification failure,
- false business information,
- payment or payout issues,
- attempts to bypass marketplace fees,
- directing customers off-platform,
- misuse of customer information,
- abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct,
- failure to respond to marketplace communications,
- repeated low-quality listings,
- legal or regulatory concerns,
- chargeback risk,
- tax non-compliance where relevant,
- platform abuse,
- reputational risk to the marketplace,
- inactivity or abandoned store operation,
- any conduct that we believe may harm customers, the marketplace, or other users.
4. Immediate Suspension
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may immediately suspend or restrict a vendor account without prior notice where we believe there may be:
- fraud,
- unlawful activity,
- product safety risk,
- counterfeit or infringing products,
- serious policy violations,
- urgent customer harm,
- payment risk,
- platform abuse,
- security concerns,
- regulatory risk.
During suspension, vendor access to some or all marketplace features may be limited.
5. Temporary Restrictions
Before full termination, the marketplace may apply one or more temporary restrictions, including:
- hiding listings,
- disabling new product uploads,
- pausing order acceptance,
- restricting withdrawals or payouts,
- placing holds on funds,
- requiring corrective action,
- requiring account verification,
- requiring listing changes,
- limiting store visibility,
- restricting messaging or dashboard access.
The marketplace is not required to use progressive enforcement and may proceed directly to full suspension or termination where appropriate.
6. Investigation and Review
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may investigate vendor accounts where concerns arise. During review, we may request information or documentation including:
- identity documents,
- business registration details,
- product source documentation,
- invoices,
- shipping records,
- tax details,
- customer service records,
- proof of authenticity,
- compliance documentation,
- any other information reasonably related to the review.
Failure to provide requested information within the time requested may result in continued suspension or termination.
7. Effect of Suspension
If a vendor account is suspended, PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may, at its discretion:
- disable access to the vendor dashboard,
- remove or hide listings,
- prevent new sales,
- restrict communications,
- hold funds,
- review active orders,
- require completion of pending obligations,
- limit use of marketplace tools,
- preserve account data for review or legal compliance.
Suspension does not remove the vendor’s obligation to resolve existing orders, customer issues, refunds, returns, disputes, or legal obligations.
8. Effect of Termination
If a vendor account is terminated:
- the vendor may lose access to the store and vendor dashboard,
- listings may be removed or disabled,
- future selling privileges may be revoked,
- pending payouts may be withheld, delayed, or offset where permitted,
- access to marketplace tools and features may end,
- re-registration may be refused,
- the marketplace may retain necessary records for legal, operational, security, or compliance purposes.
Termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination, including obligations related to:
- orders,
- returns,
- refunds,
- warranties,
- disputes,
- legal claims,
- indemnification,
- fees,
- taxes,
- policy enforcement.
9. Payout Holds and Offsets
Where a vendor account is suspended or terminated, PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may hold, delay, reserve, offset, or cancel payouts where reasonably necessary to cover:
- refunds,
- returns,
- chargebacks,
- disputes,
- customer claims,
- penalties,
- policy violations,
- shipping failures,
- administrative losses,
- marketplace losses,
- legal risk,
- outstanding balances owed by the vendor.
Any release of funds remains subject to marketplace review and applicable law.
10. Customer Protection Measures
Where necessary, PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may take steps to protect customers during or after suspension or termination, including:
- canceling unfulfilled orders where permitted,
- restricting new purchases from the vendor,
- preserving order records,
- facilitating customer communication where appropriate,
- reviewing disputes and payout exposure.
The marketplace is not obligated to complete vendor obligations on behalf of the vendor.
11. No Guaranteed Warning or Appeal
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace is not required to provide:
- advance warning,
- multiple warnings,
- a cure period,
- appeal rights,
- reinstatement opportunities.
However, in some cases and at our sole discretion, we may allow a vendor to provide clarification, correct issues, or request reinstatement.
12. Reinstatement
A suspended vendor account may be reinstated only if PCC Auto Parts Marketplace chooses to do so in its sole discretion. Reinstatement may be subject to conditions including:
- identity verification,
- corrective action,
- listing cleanup,
- documentation review,
- policy compliance confirmation,
- reserve requirements,
- probationary monitoring,
- any other conditions we consider appropriate.
No vendor has a guaranteed right to reinstatement.
13. Re-Registration Prohibited
A vendor whose account has been terminated or restricted may not create a new vendor account, use another person’s account, or otherwise attempt to bypass enforcement action without prior written approval from PCC Auto Parts Marketplace.
14. No Liability for Suspension or Termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCC Auto Parts Marketplace shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense arising from or related to:
- account suspension,
- account restriction,
- listing removal,
- delayed payouts,
- withheld funds,
- lost sales,
- lost profits,
- business interruption,
- reputational harm,
- customer loss,
- operational disruption,
- data access limitations,
- termination of selling privileges.
15. Survival
Any provisions of marketplace policies or agreements that by their nature should survive suspension or termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to provisions relating to:
- fees,
- payout adjustments,
- indemnification,
- disputes,
- liability limitations,
- customer obligations,
- intellectual property matters,
- legal compliance,
- record retention.
16. Policy Updates
We may update this Vendor Account Suspension / Termination Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the website. Continued use of the marketplace after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
