Product Listing Policy

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace
Website: https://pccautoparts.com/

Effective Date: March 14, 2026

This Product Listing Policy governs all product listings submitted, published, managed, or sold through PCC Auto Parts Marketplace (“Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) by vendors, sellers, merchants, or any other listing users (“Vendor,” “Seller,” or “you”).

By listing or attempting to list any product on PCC Auto Parts Marketplace, you agree to comply with this Product Listing Policy, along with all other marketplace terms, vendor policies, and applicable laws.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Product Listing Policy is to help ensure that all product listings on PCC Auto Parts Marketplace are lawful, accurate, clear, and suitable for customers shopping for automotive parts, accessories, performance products, and related items.

Vendors are solely responsible for the content, legality, accuracy, and compliance of all product listings they create or manage.

2. Vendor Responsibility for Listings

Each vendor is solely responsible for:

  • product title,
  • description,
  • images,
  • specifications,
  • compatibility details,
  • fitment claims,
  • pricing,
  • shipping information,
  • warranty disclosure,
  • return eligibility,
  • product condition,
  • brand references,
  • part numbers,
  • legal compliance,
  • safety disclosure,
  • any claim made in the listing.

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of vendor listings and is not responsible for vendor errors, omissions, or misrepresentations.

3. Required Product Information

All product listings must include complete and accurate information appropriate to the item being sold. Where applicable, listings should include:

  • product title,
  • clear product description,
  • current product images,
  • product price,
  • shipping cost or shipping method,
  • stock status,
  • product condition,
  • specifications,
  • brand or manufacturer,
  • part number or reference number,
  • vehicle fitment or compatibility information,
  • warranty details,
  • return conditions,
  • installation notes,
  • usage limitations,
  • off-road or legal-use notice where applicable.

Listings must be written clearly and must not omit important information likely to affect a customer’s purchase decision.

4. Accuracy and Truthfulness

All product listings must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Vendors must not:

  • make false claims,
  • exaggerate product performance,
  • use incorrect fitment details,
  • hide defects or limitations,
  • misrepresent product origin or condition,
  • use deceptive pricing,
  • misuse technical terms,
  • create customer confusion through vague or misleading content.

If a listing contains technical or fitment information, the vendor must ensure that such information is reasonably supported and accurate.

5. Product Titles

Product titles must clearly identify the item being sold and should not be stuffed with unrelated keywords or promotional phrases.

Titles must not:

  • contain misleading claims,
  • include irrelevant brands or model names,
  • include excessive capitalization,
  • use spam-like wording,
  • imply official manufacturer authorization when none exists.

Titles should, where appropriate, identify the key item, fitment, brand, and core specification.

6. Product Descriptions

Descriptions must provide buyers with clear and honest details about the item. Descriptions should explain what the product is, what is included, and any relevant limitations.

Descriptions must not:

  • copy protected content without permission,
  • contain misleading or unverifiable claims,
  • omit material defects,
  • imply guarantees not actually offered,
  • include offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

Where appropriate, descriptions should mention:

  • included parts,
  • material or build quality,
  • installation notes,
  • compatibility,
  • warranty terms,
  • special conditions,
  • important usage restrictions.

7. Product Images

Vendors must upload clear and relevant product images that fairly represent the actual product being sold.

Images must not:

  • be stolen or used without permission,
  • misrepresent the item,
  • contain misleading branding,
  • include watermarks you do not have the right to use,
  • contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content,
  • show accessories or additional items not included unless clearly disclosed.

If stock images are used, they must still fairly represent the item being offered.

8. Pricing Rules

All prices must be accurate, current, and honestly presented. Vendors must not:

  • post false pricing,
  • use bait pricing,
  • create deceptive discounts,
  • inflate shipping to mislead buyers,
  • manipulate pricing to avoid marketplace rules.

Prices should reflect the actual amount the customer is expected to pay, subject to taxes, shipping, and other clearly disclosed charges.

9. Fitment and Compatibility Information

For automotive products, fitment and compatibility information is extremely important. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that fitment data is accurate.

Where applicable, listings should specify:

  • vehicle make,
  • model,
  • year,
  • trim,
  • engine type,
  • transmission type,
  • body style,
  • regional compatibility,
  • OEM or aftermarket compatibility,
  • any exclusions or exceptions.

Vendors must not publish uncertain or guessed fitment details as confirmed compatibility.

10. Product Condition Disclosure

The condition of each product must be clearly disclosed. Vendors must accurately state whether an item is:

  • new,
  • used,
  • refurbished,
  • open box,
  • remanufactured,
  • damaged,
  • incomplete,
  • aftermarket,
  • OEM,
  • custom-made.

Any wear, damage, defects, missing components, or condition issues must be clearly disclosed in the listing.

11. Warranty and Return Disclosure

If a product is covered by a warranty, the listing must clearly disclose the key warranty terms or direct buyers to where those terms can be reviewed.

If a product is non-returnable or subject to limited return eligibility, that information must be clearly stated in the listing or vendor policy.

Vendors are solely responsible for all warranty claims, return conditions, and product support relating to their listings.

12. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

All listed products must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and marketplace standards. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring legal compliance of products they list or sell.

This includes, where applicable:

  • safety regulations,
  • consumer protection laws,
  • labeling requirements,
  • import/export compliance,
  • emissions rules,
  • road-use legality,
  • hazardous material shipping rules,
  • intellectual property laws,
  • product-specific industry regulations.

13. Prohibited Listings

The following products or listing practices are prohibited on PCC Auto Parts Marketplace, including but not limited to:

  • counterfeit goods,
  • stolen goods,
  • recalled products,
  • illegal parts,
  • unsafe items,
  • products that infringe intellectual property rights,
  • misleadingly branded items,
  • products prohibited by law,
  • manipulated or fraudulent listings,
  • duplicate spam listings,
  • prohibited chemicals or restricted items where unlawful,
  • products intended to evade legal safety or emissions requirements where prohibited.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a product or listing is prohibited, unsuitable, misleading, or harmful to the marketplace.

14. Performance Parts and Restricted-Use Items

If a product is intended only for off-road, racing, exhibition, or limited-use purposes, the vendor must clearly disclose that in the listing.

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that such listings accurately disclose any legal-use limitations, emissions restrictions, inspection issues, or jurisdictional limitations.

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace is not responsible for fines, enforcement actions, failed inspections, or legal consequences resulting from vendor failure to disclose these restrictions.

15. Intellectual Property Compliance

Vendors must have the legal right to use all content included in their listings, including:

  • product photos,
  • logos,
  • brand references,
  • descriptions,
  • manuals,
  • diagrams,
  • charts,
  • marketing content.

Listings that violate trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights may be removed immediately. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of the vendor account.

16. No Misleading Marketplace Association

Vendors must not imply that:

  • the Marketplace manufactures the product,
  • the Marketplace guarantees the product,
  • the Marketplace has independently tested the product,
  • the Marketplace provides the vendor’s warranty,
  • the vendor is officially affiliated with a brand when that is not true,
  • the product is approved or certified where such approval does not exist.

17. Listing Review and Removal

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • review listings,
  • reject listings,
  • edit obvious errors,
  • request supporting information,
  • remove listings,
  • suspend listing privileges,
  • suspend or terminate vendor accounts.

This may occur at any time and for any reason including suspected inaccuracy, legal concerns, customer complaints, policy violations, safety risks, or intellectual property complaints.

18. Corrections and Updates

Vendors must promptly update listings whenever product information changes, including changes to:

  • availability,
  • pricing,
  • fitment,
  • warranty,
  • condition,
  • images,
  • shipping terms,
  • legal status,
  • return rules.

Outdated or inaccurate listings may be removed.

19. Enforcement

Violation of this Product Listing Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • listing removal,
  • warning,
  • temporary suspension,
  • permanent account termination,
  • withholding of payouts,
  • cancellation of orders,
  • reporting to applicable authorities where required.

The Marketplace reserves full discretion in determining enforcement actions.

20. Limitation of Marketplace Responsibility

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace acts only as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for:

  • vendor listing accuracy,
  • compatibility claims,
  • warranty promises,
  • pricing errors created by vendors,
  • misleading product descriptions,
  • image misuse by vendors,
  • product defects,
  • customer loss caused by vendor listing errors.

All responsibility for the product listing remains with the vendor.
