Vendor Payout / Commission Policy

This Vendor Payout / Commission Policy applies to all vendors, sellers, merchants, and marketplace participants who list or sell products through PCC Auto Parts Marketplace (“Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://pccautoparts.com/.

By registering as a vendor, listing products, accepting orders, or using the marketplace, you agree to this Vendor Payout / Commission Policy.

1. Marketplace Role

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace operates as a multi-vendor platform that allows independent vendors to sell automotive parts, accessories, performance products, and related items to customers.

The marketplace may charge commissions, service fees, processing adjustments, or other applicable deductions in connection with vendor sales, platform use, or vendor services.

2. Commission Structure

Vendors agree that PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may charge a commission on each completed order, sale, or transaction processed through the platform.

Unless a different rate is agreed in writing, the marketplace reserves the right to determine and apply the commission structure in its sole discretion, including:

  • percentage-based commission,
  • fixed fee per order,
  • category-based commission,
  • promotional fees,
  • administrative deductions,
  • transaction-related adjustments.

Any applicable commission structure may be updated from time to time.

3. Marketplace Deductions

Before vendor payout is issued, PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may deduct amounts including, where applicable:

  • marketplace commission,
  • platform service fees,
  • transaction-related adjustments,
  • chargebacks,
  • payment disputes,
  • refunds,
  • return-related deductions,
  • penalties under marketplace policies,
  • taxes required to be withheld where applicable,
  • unpaid balances owed by the vendor,
  • other authorized deductions.

4. Payout Eligibility

A vendor becomes eligible for payout only for orders that meet marketplace payout conditions, which may include:

  • order payment successfully received,
  • order status confirmed,
  • any applicable holding period completed,
  • no pending fraud review,
  • no unresolved payment dispute,
  • no active return, refund, chargeback, or policy issue affecting the order,
  • vendor compliance with applicable marketplace requirements.

The marketplace reserves the right to delay, suspend, withhold, offset, or cancel payouts where reasonably necessary.

5. Payout Schedule

Vendor payouts may be processed on a schedule determined by PCC Auto Parts Marketplace, which may include:

  • manual payout,
  • weekly payout,
  • bi-weekly payout,
  • monthly payout,
  • rolling payout after an order clearance period.

The marketplace does not guarantee immediate, same-day, or automatic payout unless expressly stated in writing.

6. Payout Method

Payouts may be made using the payment or transfer method approved by the marketplace and made available to the vendor.

Vendors are solely responsible for providing accurate and current payout details, including:

  • legal name,
  • business name where applicable,
  • payment account details,
  • banking details where required,
  • tax information where required,
  • any other information reasonably requested for payout processing.

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace is not responsible for payout failure, delay, or misdirection caused by inaccurate vendor information.

7. Holds, Delays, and Reserve Rights

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may place a temporary hold, reserve, or delay on vendor funds where we determine, in our sole discretion, that it is necessary for reasons including:

  • fraud prevention,
  • suspicious transaction activity,
  • excessive returns,
  • excessive refund requests,
  • high dispute rate,
  • chargeback risk,
  • policy violations,
  • customer complaints,
  • legal concerns,
  • verification issues,
  • shipping issues,
  • account review,
  • vendor non-compliance.

The marketplace may maintain such hold for as long as reasonably necessary.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks

If an order is refunded, returned, reversed, disputed, or charged back, PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may:

  • deduct the related amount from pending vendor payouts,
  • recover the amount from future payouts,
  • charge the vendor for associated losses or fees,
  • retain or offset funds held in reserve,
  • reopen payout calculations for the affected order.

Vendors remain financially responsible for losses tied to their orders, products, conduct, shipping failures, or policy violations where applicable.

9. Taxes and Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor is solely responsible for:

  • determining its own tax obligations,
  • reporting its own income,
  • collecting, remitting, and paying taxes as required by law,
  • complying with all bookkeeping, invoicing, and tax registration requirements applicable to its business.

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for a vendor’s failure to comply with tax obligations.

10. No Interest on Held Funds

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vendors are not entitled to interest, earnings, or other compensation on held, delayed, reserved, suspended, or pending payout amounts.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

If a vendor account is suspended, restricted, under investigation, or terminated, PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may withhold, delay, review, adjust, or offset payouts as reasonably necessary to cover:

  • refunds,
  • disputes,
  • chargebacks,
  • pending claims,
  • policy violations,
  • customer complaints,
  • legal risk,
  • administrative losses,
  • unpaid amounts owed to the marketplace.

12. Errors and Adjustments

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace reserves the right to correct payout errors, commission miscalculations, duplicate payments, underpayments, overpayments, or technical mistakes at any time.

The marketplace may recover overpaid amounts by:

  • offsetting future payouts,
  • invoicing the vendor,
  • withholding available funds,
  • pursuing other lawful recovery methods.

13. No Guaranteed Earnings

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace does not guarantee any level of sales, profit, revenue, customer traffic, order volume, conversion rate, or vendor income. Vendor earnings depend on many factors outside the marketplace’s control.

14. Policy Violations and Penalties

Where a vendor violates marketplace policies, PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may impose financial consequences, including:

  • commission adjustments,
  • withheld payouts,
  • administrative deductions,
  • reserve requirements,
  • order reversals,
  • account suspension,
  • account termination,
  • recovery of marketplace losses.

15. Right to Amend Fees and Commission

PCC Auto Parts Marketplace reserves the right to change commissions, fees, payout timing, holding periods, reserve rules, and payout procedures at any time by updating this policy or otherwise notifying vendors through the platform or by email.

Continued use of the marketplace after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCC Auto Parts Marketplace shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

  • payout delay,
  • payout suspension,
  • payout reversal,
  • payout calculation issues,
  • payment processor issues,
  • banking delays,
  • inaccurate vendor payment details,
  • fraud review,
  • reserves,
  • refunds,
  • chargebacks,
  • policy enforcement.
