This DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy explains how intellectual property complaints, copyright notices, trademark complaints, and related issues are handled on our multi-vendor marketplace.
By using the website, creating an account, listing products, uploading content, or purchasing products, you agree to this policy.
1. Marketplace Role
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace operates as an online platform that allows independent third-party vendors to list and sell automotive parts, accessories, performance products, and related goods.
Because this is a multi-vendor marketplace, vendors are solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, display, distribute, or sell through the website, including but not limited to:
- product titles,
- descriptions,
- images,
- logos,
- brand references,
- compatibility charts,
- manuals,
- packaging images,
- promotional content,
- trademarks,
- copyrighted material,
- listings and related content.
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace does not claim ownership of vendor-submitted content and does not pre-screen every listing or submission before publication.
2. Prohibited Intellectual Property Violations
Users and vendors may not upload, post, list, sell, distribute, or otherwise use any content or product that infringes or violates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity.
This includes, without limitation:
- copyrighted text,
- copyrighted images,
- copyrighted videos,
- copyrighted manuals,
- logos used without authorization,
- unauthorized brand names,
- trademark infringement,
- counterfeit goods,
- copied product listings,
- copied product photos,
- copied packaging designs,
- copied diagrams,
- copied marketing materials,
- patent-infringing items where applicable,
- trade dress infringement,
- misrepresentation of brand affiliation,
- unauthorized use of another party’s name, likeness, or proprietary materials.
3. Vendor Responsibility
Each vendor is solely responsible for ensuring that all content, materials, products, and listings submitted to the marketplace do not infringe any third-party rights.
By listing products or uploading content to the marketplace, each vendor represents and warrants that:
- they own the content, or have the lawful right to use it,
- they have the right to sell the listed products,
- their listings do not infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade dress, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or other rights,
- their listings are not counterfeit, copied, or unlawfully reproduced,
- their conduct complies with all applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Repeat Infringers
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate the accounts of users or vendors who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly accused of infringing intellectual property rights, where we believe such action is appropriate.
9. Counter-Notice
If your content or listing is removed and you believe it was removed in error or based on mistaken identity, you may submit a written counter-notice where legally appropriate.

10. No Independent Verification
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace does not independently verify ownership claims, licensing rights, authenticity of products, or legal positions of either complainants or vendors in every case.
Any action taken by us in response to a complaint does not constitute a legal determination of infringement.
11. False or Misleading Complaints
Any person who submits a false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith intellectual property complaint may be responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or legal consequences. PCC Auto Parts Marketplace reserves the right to reject such complaints and take appropriate action.
