Effective Date: March 14, 2026
This Shipping Policy governs all shipping, fulfillment, delivery, handling, and shipment-related responsibilities for products sold through PCC Auto Parts Marketplace (“Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace is a multi-vendor marketplace platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing for a specific product, all shipping and delivery obligations for third-party vendor products are the sole responsibility of the applicable vendor.
By listing, selling, purchasing, or using the marketplace, vendors and buyers agree to this Shipping Policy.
1. Marketplace Role
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace only provides the online platform through which vendors may list and sell products. PCC Auto Parts Marketplace is not the shipper, carrier, warehouse operator, freight handler, delivery company, customs broker, or fulfillment agent for third-party vendor orders unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
For all third-party vendor sales, the applicable vendor is solely and fully responsible for shipping and delivery performance.
2. Vendor Responsibility for Shipping
Each vendor is solely responsible for all shipping-related matters concerning its products, including but not limited to:
- shipping setup,
- shipping methods,
- shipping rates,
- packaging,
- labeling,
- dispatch,
- carrier selection,
- shipment tracking,
- shipping compliance,
- customs documentation,
- import/export documentation,

- incomplete shipments,
- misdelivered shipments,
- returned shipments,
- refused shipments,

- customer shipping disputes.
The vendor bears full responsibility from the time the order is accepted until the product is successfully delivered to the customer.
3. Shipping Costs and Terms
Vendors must clearly state their shipping charges, methods, restrictions, and estimated processing times in their product listings or store policies.
The vendor is solely responsible for:
- ensuring shipping fees are accurate,
- ensuring shipping terms are truthful,
- ensuring customers receive the selected shipping service,
- ensuring that any shipping promises made in listings are honored.
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace is not responsible for any vendor shipping promise, shipping fee dispute, or delivery commitment.
4. Packaging and Handling
Vendors are solely responsible for packaging products properly and securely to protect the item during transit. Vendors must use suitable packaging materials and handling procedures appropriate for the type, weight, fragility, and value of the item being shipped.
Any damage caused by poor packaging, insufficient protection, incorrect labeling, or improper handling is solely the vendor’s responsibility.
5. Loss, Damage, and Delivery Failure
All risk of loss, damage, theft, breakage, misdelivery, or non-delivery remains solely with the vendor until the order is successfully delivered to the customer.
The vendor is fully responsible for:
- lost packages,
- damaged packages,
- stolen shipments,
- missing contents,
- broken items,
- carrier mishandling,
- shipment delays,
- incorrect shipment addresses caused by vendor error,

- filing and pursuing any claim with the carrier,
- communicating with the customer,
- resolving the issue,
- arranging replacement, reshipment, refund, or compensation where appropriate.
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace has no obligation to participate in or resolve carrier claims or shipping disputes relating to vendor shipments.
7. Tracking Information
Vendors must provide valid and accurate tracking information where tracking is available or expected for the selected shipping service.
Failure to upload or provide valid tracking may result in:
- disputes being decided against the vendor,
- refunds or reversals,

9. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Information
The vendor is responsible for using the shipping information provided in the order correctly and for preparing shipment labels accurately.
Where the vendor ships to the wrong address, enters incorrect shipment details, or otherwise causes a delivery failure, the vendor is solely responsible for all resulting costs, losses, refunds, replacements, and claims.
If a buyer provides an incorrect address, the vendor remains responsible for handling the issue reasonably and in accordance with its policies, but PCC Auto Parts Marketplace does not assume liability.
10. Customs, Duties, and Cross-Border Shipping
For cross-border or international shipments, the vendor is solely responsible for:
- understanding shipping restrictions,
- preparing required customs documents,
- ensuring export/import compliance,
- complying with carrier and customs requirements,
- ensuring the product can legally be shipped to the destination.
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, duties, taxes, paperwork errors, border refusals, or legal restrictions relating to vendor shipments.

The vendor is solely responsible for handling:
- refused shipments,
- returned-to-sender packages,
- undeliverable packages,
- failed delivery attempts,
- address correction issues,
- reshipment decisions,
- related refund or replacement obligations.
Any cost arising from such events is the vendor’s sole responsibility unless the vendor’s own stated policy expressly places part of the cost on the buyer.
12. Shipping-Related Refunds and Replacements
Where a shipment is lost, damaged, materially delayed, misdelivered, or otherwise fails to reach the buyer in proper condition, the vendor is solely responsible for determining and providing the appropriate remedy, including but not limited to:
- refund,
- replacement,
- reshipment,
- return label,
- shipping reimbursement,
- customer compensation where applicable.
PCC Auto Parts Marketplace may, at its sole discretion, require refunds, reversals, or payout deductions where vendor shipping failures result in customer loss or dispute.
13. No Marketplace Liability for Shipping
